![]() David Roberts personally supervises all aspects of the construction of each home. He begins by providing detailed cost breakdowns during preliminary pricing to help decide where a client's building dollars will be best spent. From start to finish he also makes frequent jobsite visits to ensure that work procedes on schedule and satisfies his standards for quality. And when a client wants to make changes to their home as they see it starting to take shape, David strives to incorporate them into the project as seemlessly and economically as possible.
![]() Melissa Roberts is the selections coordinator. She will accompany you to vendors to choose cabinets, appliances, plumbing, tile, etc. During this process she will keep you updated on the status of your allowance "budget". Evan Smythe and Michael Cochran are Sanddollar's in-house craftsmen. They are both interior trim carpenters of the first caliber, but also work to coordinate the finishing details as the job nears completion. Very little "falls through the cracks" when they are on the job. Once your home is completed, Evan will see that any remaining "punch list" items are attended to expeditiously.
